Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

This is a screenshot of an applicant tracking system (ATS) screen. The job candidates are listed on the left in no particular order, and there is a star-based rating column that determines which candidates are the most qualified. The Recent Status column contains notes generated by the system or entered by the hiring people. When you submit your application online for a position, this is how the hiring team first sees you.
