The F Theory (2006)

This graphic colorfully demonstrates the F Theory, first written about in 2006, which proves that recruiters and hiring teams concentrate on the top sections of the resume. These pictures are a result of machines tracking human eye scans on three different resume formats. Purple represents general interest, yellow represents more focus, and red indicates the “hot spots.”
